C is for…Chikni Chameli! Because I’ve been dancing to this all day. Now please tell me, who else here has tried to imitate Katrina’s dance?

Trailer for Vicky Donor, a movie about a sperm donor named Vicky
Yup, Bollywood goes there.
The movie actually came out already on April 20th and got good reviews. I admit, I am curious to check it out.
Trailer for the upcoming political thriller SHANGHAI, starring Abhay Deol, Emraan Hashmi, and Kalki. Release date is in June.
Thoughts: This is beyond inspired casting!! I love the idea of seeing Kalki and Emraan together. Kalki has already established herself as an actress that only takes on projects of high quality and I have been dying to see more Emraan since his last turn in The Dirty Picture. Homeboy can act. Plus, Abhay Deol is easily my favorite in the Deol clan (sorry Bobby!)

B is for…Bappi Lahiri! Bappi Lahiri has been a playback singer and composer in Bollywood since 1973. Known as the “Disco King” in India, he had his greatest success in the 80s in films such as Namak Halal and Disco Dancer. He disappeared from prominence in the 90s, but has resurfaced recently due to the hit Ooh La La in The Dirty Picture last year. Bappi Lahiri is also known for the multiple, thick gold chains he wears around his neck to every interview/event.
Fun fact: His son is named Bappa Lahiri.

A is for…Anushka Sharma! Originally a model, Anushka made her debut back in 2008 with SRK in Rab De Bana De Jodi when she was only 19 years old. Since then, she has carried herself both professionally and personally with the grace of a more seasoned actress. She is easily the most naturally talented actress of her crop, which includes Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor.
Fun fact: Yash Raj told her that she would have to try very hard with her acting in Rab De Bana De Jodi to make up for the fact that she wasn’t good looking. Crazyyy
Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu from movie of the same title
I would normally dislike any song that uses this much autotune but this is still so catchy!

I finally saw it about a month ago and I thought it was really hilarious. I know that it got very poor reviews and I was very confused. Anyone have any thoughts?
This is a lovely and hilarious speech by the eternally charming Shah Rukh Khan, given at Yale University, where he received the school’s highest honor, the Chubb fellowship.

I love the peach and pale sea green combination of this sari!
